Have you ever wondered if your life is something worth sharing with others?
Did you experience so much stress or even excitement over the years that had passed?
Can you recall all of them? Or did you already forget some of it?
Going through some years of life, I know I have a little experience compared to the rest of humanity. I am embarrassed to admit that I was once a go-with-the-flow kind of person.
Whatever happens, happens. But even if that’s true, I was too emotional whenever something would happen against my will. I get too reckless and out of control.
Although the good news is I’m still alive. I overcame those difficulties and will still continue to get through the things to come.
I think that is something story-worthy to tell my future children or even grandchildren if I’m still blessed to reach an older age.
If every day, you ask yourself this:
What is the most story-worthy of the day?
You’ll be amazed at how there is at least one thing that is story-worthy from your day. It will also be your inspiration to look forward to something that will be awesome every day!
I only tried this recently. Every night I journal before getting a good night sleep. I’m reflecting through my day and this is one of the questions I always ask.
My recent story-worthy moment (which was yesterday, of course) is that a sweet girl emailed me using the contact form in my blog! She said that she had found my site from one of her acquaintances’ blogs.
I’m so glad to know that she’s also an aspiring doctor in the Philippines. Fast forward today, we’re now following each other on Instagram! It’s really cool how social networking sites work. With it, I’ve found a new colleague and life-long friend. 😉
